CBD stands for Cannabidiol. CBD is produced by the leaves and flowers of the female hemp plants. Hemp is defined by cannabis plants with less than 0.3% THC.

CBD can be eaten, vaped, applied to skin or taken orally/ sublingually (under the tongue). Each way has a different bioavailability in which the CBD is actually absorbed.
